Epsom Salts
 
|   1 cup
removes toxins, relaxes muscles & loosens stiff joints
Baking Soda
 
|   1/2 cup
absorbs excess oil, reduces acne & mild rashes, detoxifies skin
Ground Ginger
 
|   4 tbsp
treats nausea & digestive discomfort, contains anti-inflammatory properties

Steps

1. Fill your bathtub with hot water
